A graduate of Brown University with a degree in Physical Medicine in 2001, Dr. Wilkins began his medical journey with a general surgery internship at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then completed a rigorous three-year orthopedic surgery residency at Brown Medical School.
Driven by his passion for diagnosing and non-surgically treating musculoskeletal disorders, Dr. Wilkins further specialized at Harvard Medical School, where he not only completed his residency but also served as Chief Resident.
His expertise has garnered numerous accolades, including recognition as a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a distinction awarded to only the most accomplished physicians in the field. Dr. Wilkins is also a valued member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

A true "jack of all trades," Nataly handles a variety of tasks including patient coordination, medical assisting, and chiropractic support. Her extensive experience ensures that patients receive top-tier care, from scheduling appointments to assisting with therapies.
Currently pursuing a nursing degree with an expected graduation in December 2024, Nataly brings a unique blend of medical knowledge and compassionate care to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, going to the movies, and spending time with her two beloved Pitbulls, Cleo and Goji.

Iliana is the New Patient Care Coordinator and Social Media Marketer at East Village Physical Medicine.
With a background in healthcare and a passion for connecting with people, Iliana helps potential new patients schedule appointments and ensures smooth communication, making sure every patient’s needs are met. As our social media marketer, she promotes new patient offers and highlights success stories to engage with our community across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Outside of work, Iliana enjoys playing video games, and listening to music, and holds the fun record of dancing for over 5 hours straight at a Las Vegas party! Originally pursuing nursing, she later discovered her love for marketing, bringing a unique blend of empathy and creativity to her role at the practice.
Front Desk Receptionist
Nathalie "Lali" B.
Known affectionately as Lali by our patients, Nathalie is our exceptional Front Desk Receptionist at East Village Physical Medicine.
With a BA in Psychology and a minor in Studio Art from CCNY, she brings both organizational skills and a creative touch to the office, responsible for much of our artistic decor. Lali excels at keeping everyone on schedule, managing appointments, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
Outside of work, Lali is an avid gamer and a devoted Harry Potter enthusiast. She is also a loving mom to her two pit bulls, Oliver and Bowser, who fill her life with joy and adventure.
